Meets Your Size Requirements

Proofed Dough
Theo's products for the School Lunch Program are made with proofed dough. This specially formulated dough will hold in dry/steam heat for extended periods of time (approx. 2 hours) without compromising the bread quality. Proofed dough does not trap the steam from the inside ingredients.
Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese
Theo's pre-baked sandwiches are all made with a blend of Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Harder cheeses have a higher melting point. After resting 5 minutes, the cheese "holds" and will not run which prevents the risk of the cheese pulling or dripping from the product and burning someone while eating.
Large Chunks of Meat
Theo's uses large chunks of meat. Chunks of meat are evenly distributed through-out the entire product making them visually more appealing and more appetizing.

Theo's doesn't scrimp on the filling. These sandwiches are nutritious and satisfying.
Shelf Life
Packaged 24 per case, products for the School Lunch Program are shipped frozen and have a shelf life of 9 months frozen. Once the product is pulled, it has a shelf life of 7 days under refrigeration.

Easy to Prepare
Theo's sandwiches are also easy to cook.
Just place a thawed sandwich on a pan, cook for 8-12 minutes at 325 degrees in a convection oven, and you have a delicious, nutritious, hot meal.
